Calvary Youth

We offer two youth ministry programs mid week for the youth in our church. One is for our junior youth (grades 6-8), and one is for our senior youth (grades 9-12). These youth groups are parent-led and elder-overseen.

 

In both these groups, our purpose is not only to facilitate community amongst our youth but also to educate, encourage, and equip them to be godly, Gospel-fluent, Biblically-literate, passionate disciples of Jesus.

 

What Parents Can Expect

• The assurance that kids will be exposed to clear, relevant, applicable Gospel-centered teaching.

• The assurance that kids will be loved, cared for, listened to, and prayed for by competent volunteers whose aim is to help them come to know Jesus, and grow as disciples of Jesus.

• Peace of mind, knowing that all our volunteers are thoroughly screened (which includes a requisite criminal record check).

 

What Youth Can Expect

 

• Fun!

• The joy of being loved, cared for, listened to, and prayed for by fun, friendly, godly, competent volunteers.

• Relevant Bible teachings that help them grow in their understanding of the Gospel, as well as help them apply the Gospel to their lives.

• Connection and community.
